Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days for delivery.  If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the delivery agency and paid directly to the agency. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Qatar.  However, you may contact us with the list of items you wish to purchase, and we will send you an estimate of the shipping cost within 2-3 business days. 

When you confirm your order and accept the shipping cost, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once payment is received and your order has shipped with your tracking number.  The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. 

Any additional customs and taxes fees imposed during or after your shipping should be paid by you.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. Your data will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services such as our loyalty program and subscriptions;

Our store is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
